This listing is for a Needle Felted Pug Christmas Tree Ornament. It measures approximately 1" tall and 1.25" wide. The eyes are gemstones, and the nose has been handsculpted out of polymer clay. Both the eyes and nose have been sewn on for durability.

As a bonus, I'm including a free flat notecard featuring photos of my Needle Felted Kritters.

Technique:

My Kritters are sculpted through a process called Needle Felting. Needle felting is the process of taking raw wool roving and using a special barbed needle to sculpt it into shape. The sculpting is done by poking the wool fibers thousands of times until they interlock and felt together. This process is extremely time consuming. I hand sculpt the noses out of polymer clay. The eyes are either gemstones or polymer clay.

I strive to make each miniature needle felted Kritter as realistic and detailed as possible. Each sculpture is an original One of a Kind (OOAK) work of art, created by artist K. Stahler. Each creation is firmly felted and quite solid. I am confident you will be very pleased with your purchases, as I would never sell something that was not up to the standard of quality I strive to maintain. Every order will be carefully packaged to ensure a safe arrival, and comes from a smoke free home. Please remember that each needle felted sculpture is a delicate work of art and NOT intended to be a toy for young children. Each order will come with a signed Certificate of Authenticity, which will include a photograph of the miniature needle felted Kritter.
