Hand painted creepy cool skeleton hands along front panel only & embellished with layers & layers of tulle & stripe cotton jersey along hipline for a tutu effect. I only use the highest quality paint mediums & sealer to guarantee best results & longer lasting stay. Can be worn with a petticoat skirt underneath for a fuller tutu look or your fav leggings.
