Camellia - OOAK

Description

This necklace is a very feminine confection, named after the well known flower of the Camellia plant. Trivia: these flowering shrubs were beloved by Elizabeth, the Queen Mother, and grown in all of her gardens. The bulk of the necklace is a loose woven design using dusty pale pink and foil lined peach glass beads. These colours create the center flower as well, and spiral inwards to a semi-hidden heart of bright red. The asymmetrical dangle features three light rose quarts beads. This necklace is about 16 inches long and can be easily extended if necessary. The centerpiece, including the rose quartz dangle, is about one inch in diameter.
