Rust Moonglow Arch Earrings - vintage lucite half hoop earrings

Description

An edgy twist on the hoop earring - these are a 1/2 hoop, arch style earring. Each is approximately 1.25" end to end and 5mm in width. This style features a rusty orange red moonglow color.

All earrings are made with vintage lucite parts that were made in Rhode Island in the 1960's - early 80's by Best Plastics. I hand-set them with surgical steel earring posts and they have sturdy surgical steel/acrylic backings on them as well. Light-weight & fun to wear.

See the last pic for how the posts are electo-set into the lucite parts. Alot of previous buyers have loved the fact that these earrings are not simply glued to a post. I electro-set them all by hand using a machine my husband built (by hand as well).
