The Rosette Fascinator was made from Spruce, Sea, and Pacific Wool Felt hand-cut petals that have been folded into tiny origami rosettes, then appliqued to stay in a neat little bunch. Six hand-cut Moss Wool Felt leaves complete the beauty of this exquisite adornment. The hairpiece stays in place with a hidden elastic band, encircling the head, which fits most. Please specify if you would like a black or brown band when ordering.
