batik LLAMA mini project or notion drawstring bag

Description

This little 8" x 10" cotton drawstring bag has been hand-decorated with a batik llama just for you to keep some of those little things or little projects in. I hang one on my wheel with my oil & tools. They would be good for toting a small spindle. No pockets or anything fancy, just a little bag with a cute "cartoon" llama!

Each has been stencilled with soy wax for the dye resist, dyed with procion dye, washed & dried, hand-painted with features & heat set. Wash the first time by hand or separately with warm water--should be quite washfast after the first wash. I purchased the bags premade.

These match my batik t-shirts that are very popular with knitters and spinners and fiber-animal-owners. I also make the shirts & bags with sheep & bunnies & goats & alpacas & dragons (I am also in SCA). There will probably be more colors and animals soon.

I am sending some of these bags for the May phat fiber boxes! :)
