Yes, I said swirly pearly. I made this thinking of the ocean. Large and small loops are randomly wrapped with small pearls. Twisting and twirling, it's just fun to look at.This tiara features loops at the ends to slip bobby pins through to hold it tight to you head. No slipping while dancing the night away.
