Description

Inspired by the vivid orange red body, deep teal and black wings of the Atala butterfly. This butterfly is considered virtually extinct in the United States but increasingly common in Central America.

4oz hand dyed Merino/Bamboo roving 60/40
Dyed with colorfast and lightfast acid dyes
The softest of merino wool and the pearly sheen of bamboo. Incredibly soft and fun to spin.
