Sparkling Butterfly Brooch - Blue

Description

This felt butterfly, like real ones, is double-sided - it's designed so that the pure white underside of the wings may sometimes be glimpsed while the butterfly rests on your coat, hat, blouse or anything else you want to pin it to! The front is made from pale blue felt which is embellished with sequins, beads and buttons and the underside has also been decorated with sequins and stitching. The wings have been stiffened with repurposed plastic inside which prevent them from curling up but still allow them to be flexible.

The butterfly is sitting on a hand-embroidered felt leaf and backed with a safety brooch pin, attached very securely.

Your butterfly will be delivered to you in a hand-printed pillowbox (see the last picture on the right), all snuggled up in a padded jiffy bag.

Butterfly measures approx. 6.5cm/ 2 1/2" across at widest point.
