"Follow your heart" is stamped around a petite silver disc, and a sterling silver heart with wing charms rests in the middle.This custom necklace is hand-crafted on a 1/2" sterling silver disc and hangs on your choice of 12", 14" (little girl lengths) 16" or 18" chain. Longer chains are available for an additional fee - please convo me.
