Woven Coconut and fiber Necklace I - J.Powell Negro y Blanco Collection

Description

Laces of black, polished smooth coconut disc beads woven and looped together with silver metal jumprings and lightly waxed cotton fiber cording. A moving sculptural neck plate of patterned circles. This necklace is lightweight compared to the boldness in the look and feel of the piece. It is comfortable to wear and as it is predominantly made of natural materials it feels nice on the skin, could easily become one of your favorite pieces to wear day, night or on the beach.

Also available in natural palette.

Approximate size & shape: 16" necklace...strands of coconut discs extend 4" longer.

This is a production piece, order as many as you like.

My background, over 25 years, is in both metalsmithing and computer arts. Over the years i've worked and studied at one or both in the USA, London, Switzerland and now Mexico City.
