Felted Bowl - Charcoal Grey

Description

This charcoal-grey, wool and mohair bowl was first hand-knitted for bulk and strength, embellished with needle felting, then wet felted. Once dried and shaped, wool roving was applied via a dry felting technique. The bowl measures approx. 5" in diameter and 3.5" in height. It is decorated on the outside, front and back with a red organic line pattern and 3 puffy "pods" of roving in popsicle orange, cornflower blue, and chartreuse. Ideal for holding sea shell collections, rocks, jewelry, wrapped candies, or other treasures. Makes a nice gift.

(Sorry, little grey cat not included.)

Care instructions: Item should be treated like any wool textile; that is, do not machine wash. Gentle spot cleaning with a damp cloth is acceptable.
