Description

This pen was made from a corn cob that was gleaned from our neighbor's corn field after their harvest. The Wall Street style pen is an elegant style, with touches of black enamel and gold plating. A smooth single twist action extends the refillable insert.

We dyed the corn cob purple before stabilizing it. The rich purple color is darker in the bottom of the original kernel holes, then it lightenes to a lovely lavendar color. Combined with the warm yellow of the corn husk, it makes for beautiful contrast. Polished to a smooth finish with a beautiful shine, it is really something to talk about.

All of our pens are shipped in a gift box. These are heirloom pieces and we want to assure that they arrive safely.
