The ordering process:
--Inquire with any special requests prior to placing your order.
-- Checkout through PayPal.
-- Once you have finished the checkout process, email your photograph (details about photo type can be found in the FAQ section) to sales [!at] customzombie.com with your name, Etsy, and “custom zombie order” in the subject line.
-- You will receive an email confirming your order.
-- Within 8 days you will receive a rough draft via email for your approval.
-- If you want changes made, they will be done and a new proof will be sent to you.
-- Once you have approved the design, the final draft will be on its way to you, mailed via USPS Priority Mail for US customers or USPS First Class International for other countries.
