Description
An tradition nourishing herbal tea specific for the nutritional needs of the pregnant woman.I actually drink this blend daily for my vitamin and mineral intake as well as it is HIGH in nutrients.
Organic Red Raspberry Leaf,Nettles,Oatstraw or Oat Tops, Alfalfa, Rosehips and buds, Red Clover and Spearmint.
This is also toning to the uterus and great for labor and after birth.
3 oz bag = approximately 120 servings.
Boil 1 cup water. Add 1 tsp herbal tea and steep at least 5 minutes with a lid over the pot to keep the volatile oils inside the tea instead of vaporizing. Strain and drink. The longer the steep the more medicinal the tisane becomes.
You may also add 1 oz to a quart mason jar, pour boiling water over the top and cap immediately. Steep this brew overnight for a strong, nourishing tea. This is great in the last few weeks of pregnancy, since you will be using 1/3 of your bag for it.
