Description

This is a "Blank Inside Giclée note card" from the "Say it with a FLower" Series. Printed on a watercolor textured paper then treated with wave texture press. I will include a delicate piece of paper inside so you won't have to write on the blank textured surface of the card.

Really nice card!

This pink flower which represents Love measures 5"x5" (approx) placed delicately inside a cello acid free sleeve and an envelope is included in the outside.

The image is a flower I photographed and then enhanced and embellished with digital paint. Printed as a Giclée on Textured fine art paper with archival inks which adds a watercolor feel, in looks and it texture . As a final touch, it was embellished with a touch of color glitter on the pistils.

Mayan prints International is the name of my Giclee studio, in case you wonder about the information in the back of each card.

All of my images are printed as Giclée. The Giclée printing process is designed to achieve museum quality prints with lifetime durability, and they're expected to last about 100 years if proper care is applied. For fine art paper giclée prints is advised to be mounted behind glass (acid free), and for the canvas prints I include an UV protection coating which will protect the image from fading and abrasion.

Due to the nature of this work, Giclée cards should be valued as Giclée fine art prints. Therefore, they have a dual purpose which is to be used as a greeting where you can write your thoughts in the inside and then it can be tore apart from the greeting portion and frame it!
