Silver Cuttle Ridges Pendant

Description

This delightful solid sterling silver cuttlebone cast pendant is a real find. It sits very nicely on the chest and its surface shows the lines from the cuttlefish extremely well. It will for sure grab great attention during any situation or at any event ranging from a formal function to being worn to work or class. It was designed and created in the spring of 2003 and it represents one of my first cuttlebone casts. It measures 3.2 cm high, including the hump ring, by 2.5 cm wide. This pendant comes with an optional black leather necklace cord.

Remember that all cuttlebone casts are non-vegan, because the cuttlebone itself comes from a squid like creature called a cuttlefish. That means in order to get the calcium back-plate to do the cast the cuttlefish must be killed.
