Mardi Gras Flowers Necklace

This necklace is my original design, first published in Beadwork Magazine's June/July 2008 issue!

I created this piece using bright, bold colors - a lovely metallic burgundy and a silver-lined blue. The petals are all hand-stitched using Delica cylinder beads. The yellow centers of the flowers are genuine Swarovski crystal pearls.

The rest of the necklace is strung with Czech firepolish beads and gold-filled round beads. The firepolished beads are made by Jablonex, the leading Czech glass bead company in the world.

Measuring at 20" long and finished with a gold-plated tab clasp, this piece can also be made in longer lengths - please convo me for details and pricing.
