Soft and cuddly baby blanket set - lavender with ladybugs in the center

This receiving blanket is too cute! It is perfect for bringing home a sweet little newborn baby.

It is made from two layers of 100% cotton flannel and is 34x34. The center is lavender with little red ladybugs on it. The back and border are white with lavender stars. It is trimmed with white rick rack. The fabric on the back forms a self-bound border with mitered corners on the front. A 12-inch square is stitched in the center so the blanket will not bunch up when washed.

It comes with a matching bib and burp cloth trimmed with mini rick rack. The bib has a velcro fastening. This makes a great baby shower gift.

These were sewn in my smoke-free home. I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed making them.
