Outsider art textile sculpted dolls - free standing figures - The Masked Pair

Description

These two unusual textile dolls/sculptures are handmade in hand dyed cotton, upcycled corduroy, cotton mix fabric and are handbeaded.
The price is for both figures.
They both have removable embroidered face masks that show sweet, smiley faces, the public face perhaps.
Remove the mask to reveal more primitive faces beneath.
They look great displayed together.
The Male doll has a cotton embroidered apron and the Female doll a skirt of embroidered leaves.
The masks are backed with felt, secured with ribbon and each doll is freestanding with a felted base.

Male doll measures: 28x10 at widest part.
Female doll measures: 25x8.5 at widest part.
Both are stuffed with non-allergic filler.
Please note:
These are not toys so they are not suitable for children.
