Vintage colorful rainbow striped ascot secretary dress w/ puff sleeves

This dress is absolutely gorgeous and one I would love to keep if it fit me. It looks to be handmade as there is no tag attached, but it was very well-made. Such pretty colors, too-- a Joseph's coat of many colors sort of dress. :]

Measurements:
Bust - 34" - 38"
Waist - 24" - 32" (stretchable waist)
Length - 42.5"

The fabric has no stretch (other than at the waist), and it feels to be 100% cotton. Very light and perfect for Spring/Summer!

There are six light pink pearly buttons in the back.

Only flaw I noted was that there seems to be some sort of a thick stitch in the back of the dress that is about 3/4ths of an inch long. It's not too noticeable, really (see picture).
