The pillow is 12" x 12" and stuffed full of eco-friendly kapok. I love this most basic motif with the reference to the Red Cross as well as the fact that it works well in almost any home environment. If you like this one be on the look out for the cross design in plaid wool as well as the mottled wools I use and some vintage.
