Simple Pleasures Lap Quilt Version 2

Description

Perfect for a baby, toddler or the young at heart, this little quilt will brighten any room! Crafted by the Sara side of the operation, she carefully took apart a vintage quilt top to create a trio of playful lap quilts. This is the second offering of the three.

The pattern is called Simple Pleasures or, sometimes, Snowball. All hand quilted. The backing is a polyester cotton blend, more durable than cotton, will not fray or fade with use and washing. It is white/off white with dark brown and one light blue thread thru it, making it generally light tan from a distance. The quilt binding is pieced from coordinating fabric.

Measures approximately 38" by 56" (96 by 146 cm) and is filled with high loft batting. The quilt has been laundered to enhance the puckered look and will become softer with age.
