chocolate battenberg studs

yummy! little slices of super choc battenberg for your ears. :] don't these look delicious?

these adorably realistic studs are approximately 1.1cm wide [0.4 inches for all you imperial folk] and are handmade from polymer clay. careful attention to detail has been paid to these earrings from the mixing of the colours for maximum realism to the yummy cakey texture.
sterling silver posts are anchored to the back with liquid kato, embedding the bases in clay so they won't fall out [unless, of course, you hack at them with a razor or pull waaaay harder than you should on them].
all this is finished off with a sweet satin glaze to seal the studdies up and not make themm toooo glossy... but if you want mega shine on your cake, i'll be happy to do that for you, just shout out.

NOTE[s]: these are pretty hardcore studs and are bigger than your usual earring... but rest assured, they still look awesome as hell. they are designed to make a [delicious looking] statement, so show your battenberg studs off with pride.
due to the handmade nature of this item, slight differences in colour and size may occur.

**these studs are water resistant but not waterproof. please remember to treat your earrings with care and take them off when showering, swimming, dunking your head in water and all that jazz. they don't even like being in the bathroom while you shower, they're delicate little things.**
