This is an original painting, by Ren Adams (me), using traditional Chinese brush painting techniques.

The process of Chinese brush painting is part of my daily meditation. It allows me to focus and to spread positive energy into the universe.

A very abstracted, chubby Hotei Buddha sits smiling. He is meditating somewhere, under a tree during his travels.

His body was done with three very precise strokes. Each part of him is a single stroke!


This painting is also signed with my artist's name chop (An Rui Ning) and my mood chop (the oval stamp, which reads: Arriving at the Tao is not Difficult.)
