Before my second baby was born, I did a lot of research about slings knowing that it would be difficult to chase a two year old with an infant in my arms. I wanted something functional but fashionable. I couldn't find EXACTLY what I wanted in fabric I loved, so I sat down and made it!! The best part? I can use it even when my baby is a toddler!!

This pouch sling is VERY easy to use, rolls up to fit in a purse or diaper bag, and is COMPLETELY reversible with black and white damask print on one side and solid black on the other. If one side gets dirty, just turn it inside out--or you can match it to your outfit :)

All slings are stitched three times at the seam to ensure the safety of the child being worn.

The size of sling you will wear usually coordinates with your t-shirt size.

HOW TO WEAR YOUR SLING:

CRADLE CARRY: You will use this mainly with infants/babies. Fold the pouch in half. Place the sling over your shoulder with the open edge facing up. The seam of the pouch should be vertical and slightly in front of your hip, not towards your shoulder. Place your baby on your shoulder (like you are burping him) and open the pocket of the sling. Gently lower your baby into your sling, bottom and feet first. Your babies bottom should be at the curved seam of the pouch with their head up towards your shoulder.

HIP CARRY: This position is used for children who can sit up by themselves-hold their head up with out bobbing around. Place the sling over your shoulder with the open edge facing up. The seam will be towards your hip, not your shoulder. Place your child on your shoulder (like you are burping him ) and open the pocket of the sling. Gently place your babies legs between you and the sling, holding your baby with one arm. The seam of the pouch should be parallel to the child's spine. Holding on to the bottom of the sling, gently lower your baby into the sling. The child's legs should be straddled around you, one in front and one in back. His arms can be in or out.
