Silver Bells Lariat

I love the idea of multifunctional jewelry. The lariat style is my chance to play with a necklaces ability to be multifunctional.

The word lariat comes from a Latin word meaning to re-tie. Lariats have been made famous through various fashion styles in North American history.

This more modern style I used because of its versatility for the wearer.

There are different ways to wear a lariat necklace. The idea in the picture is just one way. You could wrap it around your neck like a scarf and tie it in the front, wear it long, wear it long and tie it in the front. Some people that have bought lariats from me have even worn them around their waists, in their hair and around their wrist. The possibilities are only limited by your imagination.

Necklace measures 46 1/2 inches. Made out of pearl white seed beads and silver bells.
