Be the star of the midway in our fabulous 'Lion Tamer' tilt top hat that features black taffeta brim and crown, red silk ruffles, chenille dotted veil (in your color choice) and fluffy red ostrich plume. Crack the whip and break some hearts in this fun number! This hat is worn on the head with the help of an elastic hat cord that hides under the hair and is pulled around the bottom of the head near the nape of the neck (see detail photos). Each hat is fully lined and hand constructed from buckram. All of the hats at Hey Sailor! are non-headsize hats, meaning that we do not need your head measurement in order to create your hat, simply put: one size fits all.
