What's Black & White & Read all over?????
I adore Old Books, Vintage Ephemera, and Typewriters--so this is an homage to those and the Art of Writing! First, I decoupaged portions of several vintage dictionaries' entries onto a wood bangle. (Note: I never tear apart perfectly good vintage books! I only use pieces I purchase or find) These feature different fonts and print sizes, and have that lovely greyed or yellowed appeal of old books! Then, I found a lovely old typewriter drawing, and what looked like Old Typewriter Keys, and added those as well! I love the graphic quality that the background words take on! Perfect for an aspiring author, writer, journalist, or anyone who loves antiques books and typewriters! (Note: this is NOT guaranteed to cure writer's block, but supporting artisans is good karma!)

Edge of Bangle measures approx. 1.5", with a rounded edge, while opening for hand measures approx. 2.5", which fits most! Bracelet has been sealed for protection from everyday wear and moisture. This Bangle is One-Of-A-Kind, but feel free to contact me for a custom order along these lines!!
