About the item:
This is a limited edition two colour lino block print in blues and brown, of a walrus emerging from ice-filled water. The prints are hand-burnished on 8 inch by 10 inch (20.3 cm by 25.4 cm) Japanese kozo (or mulberry) paper. The edition is limited to 22 prints.

Secret things from minouette places is a Wunderkammer of handmade art and housewares. Inspired by nature, myth, legend and the history of science, minouette makes items employing relief printmaking techniques. Images are carved in reverse in linoleum or wood, inked and burnished onto paper or textiles.
