Tiffany Stone/Tsavorite Garnet Necklace

This piece is unique on many levels. Most important is the stone. This specimen of Tiffany Stone (Opalized Bertrandite), is the best of the best, and it just can't be had anymore. I know. I've been looking for rough or cut stone of a similar grade, and there is simply none.

Don't believe me? Do a search on "Tiffany Stone" in Etsy, or ebay, or wherever you please, and see what comes up. You won't find any finer than this one set, and none loose that come even close.

Then there is the little tsavorite garnet. Perky, sparkley, and the rarest member of the garnet family. Quality tsavorite is hard to come by, and expensive when you do find it.

Then there is the setting. It's hand forged (that's silversmith talk for hammered) and formed (silversmith talk for bent), into a unique shape with sensuous contours which harmonize with the curves and colors of the gems.

Finally, there is the finish. Hours were spent attending to the fine details of sanding, polishing, and burnishing to produce a mirror finish, free of firescale and other flaws.

This is piece is absolutely one of a kind and not imitatable or reproducable. When it's gone, it's gone!
