Adjustable, will ship at a sz 6 which you are free to enlarge - doesn't close too much smaller than 6. Tension set sparrow - no bad environmental juju from adhesives.
NOTE: The item you get may fly in the opposite direction as that shown. If this is a huge issue, convo me, I can order the direction you want, but it will be a little more wait. Silver is shown being worn but if you buy this listing you get BRASS - the photo shows fit.
