Description
The warm weather is here! and my cats are lined up at the window, watching the birds and wishing I didn't classify them as Indoor Pets... This painting was inspired by my Orion, who dearly loves his naps. What better place this time of year than high in the boughs of a tree, surrounded by the birds and the blossoms...The painting is done in ink and watercolor on heavy watercolor paper, with the blossoms painted separately and layered to create a collage effect.
