Art Doll - Fancy

Description

The art doll called Fancy is made from rich fabrics such as velvet and silk in golds and black with the addition of an old tapestry piece. Her ribbons are velvet, grosgrain and sheer. A touch of gold ric rac frames her face. She is handmade and one of a kind.

The doll measures about 25" inches tall and is about 8" wide at the base.

She can stand free against a wall or you can rest her in the stand she comes with. Her face, the ribbons and velvet are all dark black.

When I was a little girl I had an imaginary friend and her name was Fancy. This art doll reflects what my young heart thought was fancy; ladies in velvet, ribbons and bows all dressed up for a dance.
