Gender Neutral Baby Quilt Kit.

Description

Make a 40" square quilt similar to the one in the photo, or use the fabric pieces to create your own layout. You will receive a stack of fabric pieces almost identical to the prints shown in the patchwork part of the quilt in the images (only a few prints have been changed due to availability, but you will receive MORE prints than those shown). The border and binding choices are explained below. This is an intermediate beginner level project. If you are experienced in quilting you can finish the project in one weekend!

Designers in this kit include Heather Ross, Joel Dewberry, Heather Bailey, Amy Butler, "Park Slope", Japanese prints and more!

Your kit includes (all unwashed):

*20 fabric pieces (roughly fat eighth size) in almost identical prints to those in the image for the quilt top
*3 different prints for the coordinating border, binding and backing fabrics (see last image for your choices, or let me choose for you. There are additional fabrics available for the border and binding, let me know if you would like a different color than what is shown here)
*cotton batting
*a sketch of how I laid my pieces out and what sizes I cut them to begin with

You can hand quilt or machine quilt your project. Rotary cutter and mat are highly recommended.

***If you have a special request for your binding, border and backing fabrics, please convo me before ordering. If you know you want more blues or pinks you can let me know your preferences and I will do my best to fulfill your request.

Otherwise, I will choose a coordinating group in gender neutral colors.
