The color of this lacy mohair shawl remind me of the willow trees at the West Lake in Hangzhou, China, just as the leaves are starting to grow back. I remember a long walk I took one drizzly day in early spring along one of the causeways through the lake. The new leaves were swaying in the breeze, like jade feathers against a gray sky...

I knit this shawl using an intricate eyelet lace pattern, and then blocked it to open up the lace. It is very lightweight while still providing a good deal of warmth, making it a good choice for chilly spring days or cool summer evenings. It can even double as a scarf in the fall and winter! This is truly an all season piece.

**The color of this wrap is slightly greener than it appears in the photos.

Dimensions: 72" long, 9" wide (183cm long, 23cm wide)

Care instructions:
Handwash with a mild detergent.
Lay flat to dry.
