They are so easy to put on and take off, and are machine wash cold/air dry flat. No bleach.

For heavy wetters you can use either a self adhesive maxi pad or I like the off brand Poise feminine bladder control pads. You should allow extra room in the sizing for these pads if you plan to use them.

Measure your dog's tummy just in front of the hind legs. It does not have elastic in these diapers so measure carefully. If you do not own a tape measure you can use a piece of newspaper cut in a strip 3" wide and then lay it on a yard stick or a ruler.

No alterations available. These are one-of-a kind in this fabric.
