Weird sisters, deer sisters... call them what you might, they sit close as can be, underneath the apple tree...

CONSTRUCTION
-The Deer Sisters are sculpted from polymer clay (without the use of molds), and securely mounted on an masonite panel. They are finished with acrylic paint, pencil and matte varnish. Their hair is mohair; their eyes are handmade from glass and clay. They have been embellished with vintage cotton; their hair and embellishments are attached with both glue and thread for extra security.
-Ready to hang; no framing required.

NOTES
-Every aspect of my dolls/ artwork is handmade; they are not meant to look mass-produced. Their seams and hems are intentionally ragged, and they have tiny irregularities, all which adds to their unique look. They are for display purposes only, and should be kept out of direct sunlight and moist conditions. If well cared for, they should last generations.
