Vintage late 70s / early 80s fringed black dancing dress UPDATED

Amazing dress doesn't quite fit me. Sad.
V-neck is lined with fringe in the front. 4 panel square skirt also lined with fringe at the bottom. Blouse-y top has a fitted underlining that zips up in the back. Blouse-y over layer also hooks in the back.

And straps tie at the shoulder so you can adjust them. Really good dancing dress. Prom?

* Only tag reads: 100% polyester.
* Size 5/6 but measure carefully. Measurements taken before any stretch, all the way around, in inches:
Bust (underarm to underarm): 35 (w a teeny bit more stretch)
Waistband (before stretch): 20
(max stretch): 30
Top of bodice to waist: 12 (straps tie so they're adjustable)
Waist to hem: 28 to shortest part of hem, 41 to longest

* CARE: "Hand wash, drip dry. Do not wring or twist."

* Ask away for more specs. No measurement too inane.
