WHAT MAKES WEYAKIN DESIGNS HEAT PACKS UNIQUE?
There are a lot of herbal hot/cold packs out there. But, here is what makes the ones I create different. I use a unique combination of natural and organic herbs that together create a wonderful aromatherapy benefit. When heated up, the scent of the herbs will become stronger and more beneficial. For example, lavender, chamomile and jasmine are thought to be calming and relaxing. Spearmint and thyme are excellent for helping sinuses and headaches. Rose is thought to help mood swings. White sage is typically used for purification and spiritual purposes, but also thought to help in clarity and calming of the mind. Rosemary is used for de-stressing and helping create a positive mood.

I also use a combination of rice and organic flax seed as heating elements, which are natural and safe. The rice tends to heat up hotter, but the flax seeds help retain moisture. I have found the combination of the two work well together to create an even heat.

DIRECTIONS:
Place heat pack in the microwave and heat for 1 to 2 minutes (depending on your microwave’s power). If it is too hot, allow to cool before using. Place anywhere on your body that is sore or cold. Great for taking to bed to stay warm on chilly nights. Perfect for soothing aches and pains.

For a moist heat, mist lightly with water before heating.

To store, keep in a plastic bag in the freezer. Can also be used as a cold pack! (Comes with a plastic ziplock bag to store it in)
