Soft cotton blend scallion (80% cotton, 20% wool.) The wool is just added to give the hat more elasticity, it has the look and feel of cotton. Comes wrapped in tissue paper tied with raffia and a tag with laundry instructions. Same design as the wool scallion but more for spring/summer or warmer climates.Machine washable and dryable, cold water or hand wash and air dry.
