Happy Birthday Banner in Ocean

This is a vintage inspired Happy Birthday Banner is in the Ocean color group.

The colors will be in muted tones of taupe, green, blues, & navy's.

Banners will say "Happy Birthday" and will be on one long ribbon. There will be enough ribbon for you to cut it into separate pieces if needed. If you would like a name included please contact me - names are $1 a letter extra and I will do a separate listing for you.


Smoothed edged circles are 5" and scalloped edged circles are 4 1/2". The inner letter circles are 3".
