A Reversible MEI-TAI baby Carrier with head supporting strap

Description

This mei tai is lovingly made with only 100% sturdy cotton fabrics. It features 2 panels of your choice (and a hidden layer or two of sturdy twill or canvas where necessary) in the contoured body and cream, brown, white or black straps that are made of soft and strong twill fabric, lightly padded with soft cotton batting for more comfort. You can also request thick foam padding. It is just a matter of personal preference.
I always serge or zigzag both panels individually to prevent any fraying and then zigzag them together several times on the inside for added security bonus. They are also reinforced several times by decorative top stitching on the outside. All sewing is done using polyester (read 'durable') Gutterman thread.

Your mei tai will be completely reversible, so you can choose 2 completely different prints! This way both you and your hubby can wear the same carrier. The bottom is one continuous strap which fits nicely over your waist. I lightly pad that as well for no extra charge to ensure a comfy snug fit. I make the bottom straps a bit longer so you just cross and spread them on your back for more support or you can just tie a usual traditional knot.

I will also include my super easy but super effective matching head supporting strap. It presses the sleeping baby's head tight against your back, but doesn't cover it, so babies usually don't mind it :) Ask me for a youtube video link if interested.

You can wear this mei tai in your front so you can nurse and bury your nose in your baby’s sweet-smelling hair or you can move it to your back for more freedom of movement. For babies who still nurse often but want to look around, side carrying position is also possible.

Either way you have your both hands free and you baby enjoys being close to you and experiences the things you do when you go about your life.

If you would like I could ship it parcel post - a lot cheaper, just as fast but then I won't be able to refund you in case the package is lost in the mail. Safety.

Please use your common sense. While wearing your baby in this mei tai, do not do things that you wouldn’t do if you were just holding your baby. This includes things like – cooking, handling sharp objects or hot beverages, rollerblading, horseback riding, bicycling or jogging, swimming, sky diving, etc. Do not use your mei tai while sleeping or riding in the car. Be careful passing through the doors or turning corners, lest you bump your precious little one’s head. With older babies be mindful of grabby little hands.
Please check your mei tai carefully before every use to make sure that it is not damaged and is still safe to hold your baby.
