Swampy - Hand dyed Yarn
Description
Murky, mucky, boggy... I think Swamp Thing should really like a hat knit out of this pretty yarn!This is a 190 yard skein of Lambs Pride Bulky wool/mohair that has been overdyed using blue and green drink mixes in an ikat method (tying of areas to resist the dye). I like to use these little packets when I am having a yarn dyeing extravaganza with my 5yo daughter. Safe for her... safe for you!
The colors have been set with a quick dunk in synthropol to keep the colors where they are. Handyed can be adventurous though, and some bleeding is always possible.
