what a stunner!...deep claret velvet ribbon from a 1960's bridal shop for the bow, a beautiful antique black glass and silver cut steel beaded applique with a satiny center, and layers of victorian lace collar for the frill....i think this one would look lovely with a suit or pinned to a dress
