Seaside - Original Watercolor Painting

Description

A sense of serenity is felt in this muted painting with softened edges and colors. Very relaxing.

The painting is 11" x 14" sold without mat or frame.

This is an original watercolor painting by Linda Hammelman. It was painted using professional transparent watercolors on archival 100% rag Arches watercolor paper. The paper is gessoed for texture and the painting is sprayed with a fixative so it can be displayed with out a mat and glass if you prefer.

The image shown here is an accurate representation but keep in mind that monitors vary so the image that you see may not be as bright as the actual painting. The painting is signed on the front and back.

The colorful, splashy, energetic quality of watercolor appeals to me. My favorite subjects reflect my interest in boating, flowers, people and places. I have received numerous awards and am a signature member of the Saint Louis Watercolor Society, where I have taken over 20 workshops with internationally renowned watercolorists.
