Steampunk Victorian medal

Description

While it would be a lovely gift for Mother's Day, I made this to address the lack of commercially available, obviously not-military issue medals for the steampunk costume world. It's a bad idea, can be criminal, and is in appalling taste to wear military medals of accomplishment that you didn't earn. This is one possible solution for the conundrum of military steampunk personas.

1 1/2 inches / 4 cm wide and 2 7/8 inches long, it weighs less than one ounce and has a 1.5 inch pinback. Gift-shipping and combined shipping available. Please contact me or see the store policies if you have any questions.

I want all the people giving my creations new homes to be happy with their item and the transaction. I'm happy to send you additional photos or answer any questions while you're shopping. I try to list the truest-to-color photos in sunlight that I can, but your monitor may vary.

I accept Paypal. Contact me if you are interested in a specific item and Paypal is not possible. Payment must be received within 24 hours (Paypal is generally next-to-immediate, so I do not anticipate this being problematic).

All orders for which payment is received before 5pm Pacific time will be completed and driven to the Post Office the next business day. I will ship using USPS's appropriate insurance and delivery confirmation. If you want the item shipped via a different method, please contact me before purchasing. Expect holiday delays typical to the US Postal Service in mid and late December.

I will happily "gift ship" to a different address without an enclosed receipt, but I will still use USPS's insurance and delivery confirmation options. Please let the recipient know that they should keep an eye out for a small package or a "please pick up" note from their postal worker.

If you're local to Fremont/Newark, California, message me before purchasing to arrange pickup. Payment in cash in smaller than $20 bills works for me if Paypal does not work for you.
