Description

This chair was heavily inspired by the Eames LCM. My version features a bent and welded tubular steel frame, birch plywood seat and back, and black plastic anti-scratch feet.

The chair back and seat are stained black on their respective undersides and edges, and the seating surfaces are stained light brown. I wanted these light brown areas to have a worn look, so I sanded a little bit through the stain, giving the chair a beautiful warmth. The seat and back are top-coated with a durable, waterbased, semigloss finish.

Dimensions:

Seat: 18" wide by 24" deep.
Back: 24" wide by 14" tall.
Overall: 31" tall by 24" wide by 26" deep.

Assembly: Takes 5 minutes using your screwdriver. I'll supply you with directions and 7 stainless steel bolts.
