Vintage 1950s Mexican Cookbook
Description
This 47 page soft cover book, "Mexican Cookery for American Homes", is a promotional piece by a food company called Gebhardt's from San Antonio, Texas. Year is not given but I believe this to be 1950s.Lots of recipes like mole, enchiladas, tamale bake, chili, etc. Color and black-and-white photos.
This book does have some chili sauce stains on it!
Use this booklet for recipe info, your scrapbooking/altered art projects, or both!
