Bodie 1927 Dodge, Original Polaroid Transfer

This old Dodge was left behind at the Bodie gas station. Not too bad looking for an almost 100 year old car!

Bodie is an amazing abandoned silver mining town in northern California. Protected by the state, a few dedicated individuals help maintain this place so the public can visit. Though there are many buildings left standing, there are only a select few one can enter. I have visited there several times, yet I continue to find new things to photograph each time.

Original Polaroid dye transfer on acid-free watercolor paper
Image size approximately 3”x4” on approximately 4”x5” paper
